  • USA & Rest of the World: €30

How long does delivery take?

  • Ireland: Please allow 5–7 working days

  • Europe / USA / Rest of World: Up to 10 working days

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No — we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Can orders be delayed?
Yes — shipment may be delayed by up to 2 days for security checks. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs duties may apply depending on the destination. O'Donnell Boutique is not responsible for customs clearance delays or charges.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — you may return items within 7 days of receipt if they are in original condition. Returns can be made in-store or by post.

How do I return an item in-store?
Bring the dispatch note and the card used for the purchase. If you are not the cardholder, they must be present to receive the refund.

How do I return an item by post?
Please return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. Once the item is received, please allow up to 1 week for processing. Refunds will exclude the original shipping charges.

What is considered original condition'?
Items must be unworn (except to try on), unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in original packaging, free from marks or scent.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please return it to us as soon as possible. We will refund the original shipping cost if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
If the item is not considered faulty, return postage will be charged before the item is sent back to you.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
